2. What this site is for

The site describes the design and communication services IH Studios offers and lets you get in touch about a project. Nothing on the site is an offer that binds either of us. A project only begins when we have agreed a written scope, price and timeline with you.

3. Your use of the site

You may browse the site and use the enquiry forms for their intended purpose. You must not try to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape its content in bulk, or send us spam, abusive or unlawful material through the forms.

4. Intellectual property

The design, code, words and images that make up this site belong to IH Studios unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown with the permission of the client; the brands, logos, photography and products shown belong to their owners and appear here only as a record of the work. Please don't reproduce any of it without asking.

5. Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and current, but descriptions of past work summarise projects that had many contributors, and services, scope and prices are always confirmed in writing for your project. We don't promise that the site is error-free or always available.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to client stores and other third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
